Creating PDFs

With the Publish to PDF feature, you can share documents, spreadsheets, and slide shows by publishing your work to PDF — without purchasing additional software. All three applications in Corel Home Office let you easily publish to PDF, and you can e-mail the files directly from the suite.

The PDF feature in Corel Home Office supports passwords, watermarks, Web optimization, and hyperlink settings. There is nothing extra to buy; it’s already there - built into the suite.

To create a PDF file:
1. Click the Quick Access button
2. Select Save As . . .‘
3. Choose PDF Portable Document Format.
4. Type a file name in the File name text box.
5. Choose Save.
